For the first time ever, Google has released the full version of its Search Quality Rating Guidelines. These guidelines are used by the Google Search Quality Ratersto rate the quality of Google Search Results.
Earlier this week, a copy of the guidelines was leaked, and when that copy was compared with the official one, they were almost identical.
The full 160 page PDF document which was previously available to only Search Quality Raters is now available to everyone on the internet.
Google also said that:
“We won’t be updating the public document with every change, but we will try to publish big changes to the guidelines periodically.”
This makes it easier for all the SEO experts and Webmasters to get an insight into what Google feels searchers are looking for in the search results.
